Laura Herzing

I'm Laura, a 3x Emmy-Award-winning leader with experience on both the agency and vendor sides in delivering groundbreaking work across entertainment, broadcast, experiential, and commercial production.

I kicked off my career in design, working at small ad agencies before making the jump to the vendor side, where I led teams producing live-action commercials and animation projects all over the world.

I’ve been all-in on real-time and virtual production since day one. From using Unreal Engine to animate Chester Cheetah in real-time in 2017, to producing live mixed-reality experiences for every major broadcaster in the US, including 3 Super Bowls in the last 5 years.

I’m all about building and leading strong teams, managing complex projects, and setting up processes that help streamline production.

I live in Brooklyn, love spilling my coffee in cities everywhere, and once waved a donut at Alanis Morissette. (Long story!)
